A little cafe with a big ol' heart.
Baby Bear Biscuits started with one stubborn idea: that a biscuit, done right, can fix near about anything. We roll our dough by hand every morning, layering butter and patience until the tops crackle gold and the insides pull apart in soft, cloudy sheets.
Tucked into San Luis Obispo, our little Southern cafe pours the kind of hospitality your grandma would nod at - pimento cheese stirred in small batches, fried chicken brined low and slow, sausage gravy peppered just enough to make you reach for sweet tea.
